ctr intake Itr exhaust... or some skunks or toda b's... the todas are liek 1000 or so though... and u need springs and retainers

i say the skunk2 stage1. more agressive than ITR cams and valvespring upgrade isint required

They're all the same.
Only get those for mild power, if you want a little more power get the Skunk2 Stage I. For real power get Skunk2 Stage II with the built valvetrain, and you'd need some better pistons to get the best out of these cam.s

I like the ctr cams their mild, and a little bit more streetable, but if you want more power go for an aftermarket cam

the best part about the CTR cams is that they dont need tuning like the skunks do......just drop em in and go! and they are also honda quality...i havent seena any broken CTR cams...have you?

if you run both CTR intake/exhaust cams, do you need to run R springs and retainers? just wondering because most people say to but some of the guys at spoon say you need not to unless you plan on revving past 8500rpm. if i run those cams i just dont want to run into trouble down the road.
