so i dropped and change my tranny in my 91 civic Si and twice it broke the clutch; what can this be ? i was cruisin in 5th gear and my clutch gave out and it had only 200 miles on it .

any suggestions ?

its a stock D16A6. stock clutch. non Si tranny.
