1990 Honda Civic Wagon(up again, new details)

Heres the story. We bought a zc motor from "Jeff" out of arkansas. I can't remember what his name is on here but either way, I purchased it from him 5 days ago, I finally got the motor in today and guess what, to know suprise. a rod is knocking. It does not make a peep unless you get the rpm's up. Also, the transmission housing has a crack down the side of it and its leaking transmission fluid. I am COMPLETELY done with this car. I am no longer even in the mood to sit on it or pull that motor out again. The motor is in it, looks great but yeah. The car is still in the same condition, the interior is mint and the outside looks great. Here are some updated pictures. Also I called this mfer and he claims that it might be knocking because it "sat" too long...then began a story of how the "head" was tapping and they filled it full of lucus oil, after telling me for a week that it was in PERFECT condition.
900$ FIRM. I am losing so much on this you guys have no idea.
BRAND NEW STARTER, lifetime warranty. I just bought it today. THey won't take it back because the bolts scratched it and its not "new" anymore.
If someone has something worth 900$ I will entertain trades.

I have everything for the a/c and p/s to put back on it. I am not messing with this car ANY more. This thing will drive down the road just fine, cranks and runs. I wouldn't reccomend running on the auto tranny with no fluid. And like i said the rod is barely noticeable but its there, i am not going to bullshit anyone and try to jew anyone like this guy did me.
will also entertain trading for a shell.
