you can do p30 pistons,skunk2 pro1s,skunk2 proseries i/m,nice rage try y header, and some supertec springs, and retainers.these setups can make at least 200-210 properly tuned

Do your self a favor. Upper left hand side, search box. Use it, it will same you a lot of time, and also, before you go spending money on parts to make your 13.5 sec car, have you ever driven a 13.5 second car? Learn to drive first, and then build your motor...A lot of guys come here, looking for the fast way to make their car the fastest. But yet, they them sleves can't drive a car down the strip, or even around the corner. Too many times I have seen guys miss-shift, or go into the wrong gear. Practice driving your car and don't street race because it doesn't prove anything. It also proves your a complete idiot when it comes to your life, and others. I don't mean to sound like an ***, but I am a lot better than most people here. Practice driving, save up money, and then start your project. Good luck.

13 seconds isnt this easy in a integra maybe in a hatch but the teg will require at least 200-210 whp to reach that number and slicks

i agree with you on the power part. i had a stock gsr put buddy club spec 5 cams in it. supertech springs and retainers rods and 12.5:1 compression pistons. endyn custom intake 2.25" exhaust and pro fab header. car made 220whp and on street tires and no lsd ran 13.6. wheel spin all the way down the track.. now im more around the 240whp range, building it fast or building it reliable are two things you need to think about. mild build or fully build.
