Default Intake manifold issue...

So I am just finishing up assembling my motor, I have raised compression, upgraded valvetrain, BUT I am running ITR camshafts, I have a victor X sitting around, would it be beneficial at all to run it over my stock intake mani? i worry that because I am running a factory cam setup that it really wouldn't be worth the trouble because I would definitely have to get the car tuned again

b18c1
12:1 compression
crower valvetrain with ITR cams
larger throttle body, 270cc injectors
type r header

when the car was last tuned it made 188hp at the wheels on the packs

So is this the setup that "was last tuned"?

If you have changed your setup since your last tune. You should definitely go in and have it tuned anyway. For the sake of a 30min intake swap. I would talk to your tuner and see about making runs with both intakes. See what one works better on your new setup.

it is the same setup, just freshened up. I am just curious if it is worth it to swap the manifolds while running the ITR cams, I don't foresee myself buy a new set of cams anytime within the next 8-12 weeks, and I know if I decide to run the victor x I will have to get the car tuned again, it isn't a matter of me cheaping out on getting the car tuned, but obviously if it will only make minimal gains with my setup, it would be smarter financially to wait to put it on until i have a new set of cams to put in and then get the car tuned....follow me? just looking for input if anyone has any on the HP gains with a similar setup

victor x may be a lil to big for this setup i would get a performer x or a skunk2 or aebs manifold but if you have it there try it and see like ghost said but i still think the victor x is a lil to big of a intake manifold for this setup

x2

Do not swap your current intake manifold for the victor x, it is definitely not suited for your build and will cause you to lose power.

I would think your stock GSR mani would give you a better powerband for the street (better midrange).
