hey, i just got into an accident and ruined my bumper, hood and radiator. im just wondering if i can pull the parts off of a civic the same gen as mine(1991 crx).

 

do you have a civic then yes if you have a crx then no make sure its a 90-91

 

well its a crx, but i was told that the hood of a civic would fit, but i just though id ask around and see. im hoping to be able to get some parts from a civic because there isnt too many crx's in junk yards where im from.

 

the hood is the only Civic part that is the same as the CRX

 

alright, so would that mean that the metal piece that fits in front of the rad where the hood locks to would be about the same as well?

 

NOT the sedan hood!

 

ok so only the hood from a hatchback civic... what about the t-bar from the radiator support. will that fit as well?

 

I honestly dont know about the hatch/crx hood being the same. But i know for a fact the sedan hood will ONLY fit the sedan.

The "T" bar, probably the same, not sure though. its the same between the sedan/hatch, so go to pick a part and remove one off something, and place it on a junked crx.
