hey im new to this site.... so if any one knows where i can find cheap valve springs for a d16 Y8 cylinder head it would be so helpful, im currently rebuilding my honda.... it had some miles 230,000 and i got the valves reseated but dont know if i should use the old springs.. i cant find specs for these springs at my school. i want to test the spring rate before i buy new ones.. anyone know where i can find the specs?

lol i have no idea man thanks, i go to automotive training center, few buddies told me bout this site.. you know where i can find spring rates for my stock valve springs?

thanks man dont know may end up geting new ones.. i just dont want to pay 400.00 dollars for a set. im looking around for springs on the cheap, lowest i found was a set with keepers and retainers for 160.00
