15x7 & 15x8 debate.
Ok. So I say 15x7 with a 4 inch backspace will look the same as a 15x8 with a 5 inch backspace. yes or no?

Assuming the wheels are otherwise the same, and also assuming that the 15x8 will still fit on the car in question, then the answer is yes.

Yes the face will look the same. The additional 1" width on the rim will be on the inside half of the wheel.
