Get rid of those Big *** Flood Lamps you have on the front of the car. And I would say it is probably worth about 4,000 assuming that the interior and the body of the car are in excellent to mint condition.

 

The big *** flood lamps, or driving lights, as the rest of the world knows them, are nessicary here in Vermont. See, we don't have cities, and hence, no street lights. If I lived in the city, or an urban area, I wouldn't have them.

*edit- Four grand huh? Kelly Blue Book says my car is worth $4,125...
BTW- The Honda scene is retarded here... There's a guy with a '94 DX hatch with IHE, wheels, springs, and seats with 148K miles on the stock motor and clutch, and he pulled $7900 for it!

I plan on selling locally beacuse I know I can get way more than what it's worth. I just want to know what it's worth. I have no idea, but considering the market, I'm going to ask $10,000 and expect to get close to that. Yes yes yes... I know it's not worth anywhere near that, so don't flame me, stupid. I'm just asking what you all think it's worth.

Truthfully, I wouldn't pay more than $5500 for something like that. But there are people that are willing to pay more. I'd advertise it for like $10k and see what you get. I know people that have been offered upwards of that amount for a clean GSR swapped cx..so, you never know.

 

Oh, don't get me wrong... I KNOW it's not worth $10K... I personally would pay about $5500 for it, but like I said- prices are way overinflated here and when negotiating, you can only go lower...

And again if you missed it- I am 100% positive it's not worth 10 grand by and stretch of the imagination, but hey, Hondas pull a hyperpremium price around here now. Come sell your Honda in VT for thousands more than what it's worth!

Id see the turbo on it, and run away screaming like a little bitch. I just don't trust modified used cars, its just my preference, nothing personal against you. I wouldn't pay more than 5,000 for it if I were convinced to buy though.

Nice car by the way, sucks that you have to let it go. Oh, and I kinda like the big driving lamps.

Thanks! I don't have to let it go. I want to let it go because I'm tired of being grouped in with the boy racer "oh crap, another one of those irresponsible punks in a Honda" Fast & Furious types. When I tell someone that I work on and race Hondas, the first question out of their mouths is usually, "like in the Fast and Furious?" *smack* I hate that ****. Also, when I got the car, I had the choice between it or a Miata, and being in college at the time, I needed the room to haul all my **** around. Now that I'm out of college, I don't need the space and still want a Miata. Bad. Another possibility is to keep it and gut the hell out of it and make it a track ***** and buy a '94- '95 Miata. Those Miatas are going for between 4 and 7, which is well within my reach. The only reason I'm considering selling my Civic is because I could make sooooooo much money on it, it's almost stupid NOT to sell. But then again, it's fun to drive and is paid for...

As for the lights... lol... You either hate them or you like them. Those that hate them have never driven outside of their over- lit ghetto. Those that like them know what it's like to be on a twisty road at night in the middle of the woods. $80 at any Pep Boys!

 

i know anyone out here in oregon would be LEAPING at the chance to throw about 8 grand at you. And thats at LEAST. My friend just bought a 93 Civic Hatch with a stock B18B and paid something like.....7500 for it. And he was stoked that he got a good deal. so hell at least sell it for 8.
