Accord 2002 tire mismatch
Hey guys, I am sorry if this issue has already been addressed.
I have an '02 accord that just hit 140,000 miles. I got a full set of goodyear viva tires from walmart a couple of years ago, but only just noticed that one of them is a different size. all the tires are supposed to be 195/65/15 89S, however this one is 185/65/15 86S. Someone at walmart made a mistake and I am only just now finding out.
What should I do? What are the possible ramifications of this on my car (does it hurt my car, if so where would it have an effect? Is this a safety hazard?

wow holy **** walmart sucks!!!!
yes, it actually is indeed bad for the car if they are up front
just put the mismatched ones on the rear end and you'll be not-as-bad off
its still bad because it throws off handling and braking, you will lock up that tire first then ABS kicks in on all four and you take longer to stop as a result of one skinny tire
the different sizes will cause the car to torque steer more under acceleration and go to one sde under braking and put extra stress on the differential
this is not as apparent since they are halfass close enough sizes, but its more pronounced say with a donut spare tire
