Hey guys.. i ran into a huge problem in my ground controls.. i'm unable to loosen the perch to lower it...

The bolt feels like its glued on tight on the perch, i can't loosen nor tighten it..

any ideas to fix this problem? i tried the hardest i can to loosen it up but it wont budge at all

 

Spray some penetrant on it and hit it with a torch, not too hot though.
