is there any difference between the 88 tails and the 91 tails .(hatchbach). i know 88 and 91 crx tails are diff ,what about the hatchbacks ? i need to buy a stock set .the car i bought has ricer lights. ALSO....... usdm and jdm any differnt?

 

they all bolt up but only difference would be is that 88-89 hatch has one brake bulb and 90-91 has 2 brake bump. and i guess the color of the lense is also different for the turn and reverse light. lolz.

 

I got a brand new in the box set of oem Honda 90-91 taillights for sale. Also got a used black center taillight piece for sale also. Let me know if you are interested.

I believe so, but I don't know which one belongs to what year, hoping someone posts a comparison pic.

 

mine extend from top to bottom, and there on my 90 hb but not sure if there the stock ones

 

go with 91 usdm tailights or better with jdm ones.

I meant photos of USDM 88-89 and 90-91. I think I have one of each on my car, the one I don't like also happens to be the broken one that needs to be replaced.

 

i believe the 88-89 have the blinkers on the corner and the 90-91 have it going across the top of the light sorta...i have a 91 sedan and a 89 hatch. and i think also buddy up above is right with the bulbs they're different i think

Awesome, thanks. The 90-91 is broken and needs to be replaced, which works for me because I like the 88-89 a little more. Just didn't know which one was from what year until now.

rather than bumping an 8 year old thread, why don't you try creating a new one in the for sale section?
Also, these parts are not rare. have you tried local scrap yards, craigslist of yours and other cities, apps like offer up and 5 mile?
