Hey h-t I need some help on this one. I drive a 95 civic ex with power everything, so lately my locks have been acting up. They click click click click unlocking and locking themselves over and over again, even when the car is shut of it does this. I went out this morning and the doors were unlocked. Can anyone tell me how to fix or disable the power locks so this stops happening?

I unplugged the switch but it still does it

 

cut the power to it.

 

Do you have an aftermarket keyless system? If not, check the switch on the driver's door.

 

no I do not, I did unplug the drivers side switch. both doors do it.

 

sound like a short or faulty door regulator

is there one of these for both doors? what does it look like?

 

Do you know the condition of your battery? On mine, power doors acting funky seems to be the first indication that it's going out. I've had them randomly try to keep locking/unlocking with the car shut off, as if it's not getting enough signal to tell it that they're unlocked.

Could also be a short or something as others suggested.
