Those look like optional equipment wheels for the late 80's early 90's Hondas.
Or more likely OEM honda from another country.

does center caps are interchangeable they are all the same made by Honda doesn't matter if say Acura or Honda is the same wheel anyway

Actually I got it as is. The H logo is actually just a decal. The whole wheel has been repainted so I wouldnt know. I was just thinking if this was also used on a JDM Honda.
