I’m looking at the instructions for my GC sleeves, on the instructions for the front ones it stated that when used with the KYB’s you have to grind away some material by the bleeder hole. Now I just looked at my shocks and they all ready have a cut out. Is it necessary to grind off more material? The sleeve seams to go on pretty much straight with out any interruptions, is it OK if I skip this step? I hate to have to send the shocks back to KYB for warrantee pour poses and them reject my claim because I modified the shock. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

haha thats funny that you mention this. i just had the same problem about 3 or 4 days ago but i just didnt worry about it and put it together anyway. no probs yet.

 

Thanks for the info I figure it would be all right. I just got back from vacation and I'm lookign forward to installing them on Monday.
