Default starting problems!! please help asap

hey honda-tech hows it goin?

well i came across this problem friday night.. i left for class n got there then started my car n moved it n everything was perfectly fine.. i went out 2 hours later to go get something to eat n my car wouldnt start.. i went over everything i thought it could be n still wasnt it.. so i asked my tacher if he could look at it and my main i.h 40 amp fuse was blown. so after class i went n got a new fuse and still wouldnt start.. from there i went and push started the car and started up perfectly fine and drove perfectly fine..

so the next morning i took off my starter and brought it to advanced to get checked.. i wired all of it up and everything and the starters holding 7 amps..
so from there i went and checked all my grounds and cleaned them all up and everything..

when i go to start the car the ecu turns on and the fuel pump.. when i turn the key the ignition relay clicks but nothing else happens..

so the battery has 12.8 v, its getting 12.8 vs into the starter and 12.8 into the ignition..

it just wont crank over..

please help me out n lmk wat u guys may think it is.. i need this car to be started by wensday.. thanx guys

ignition switch or clutch safety switch. one or the other is not allowing voltage to pass through the trigger wire to the starter solenoid

Check your ECU fuse under the hood. Once it happen to blow on me, and I never knew why but my car wouldn't start. Did you check to make sure you are getting spark and that your spark pluggs are good and are they gapped properly? Are you getting a CEL for anything?

ya u can hear the ecu turn on n everything.. n when i push start my car it starts perfect n drives perfect.. so i dont think it could be that its not gettin spark or the ecu.. cause it would run like **** if it was gettin spark n wouldnt even start if the ecu is bad.. n i havent checked the cel the only code i kno for sure im pullin in an o2 sensor code

Do you have battery voltage at the starter solenoid wire in the START position?

I would jump your ECU with a wire or paper clip and see if you are throwing any other CELs, might be helpful in the case you are throwing more then something for the O2 sensor.

when you disconnected the clutch switch did you bypass it as well? if you just unplug it it's the same as trying to start the car with the clutch not depressed. you need to jump the 2 wires going to the switch to see if the car will start. if it does, then you know the switch is bad. another way of telling if it's the switch or something else is when you hold it in start, move the clutch pedal up and down a few times. if the switch is working you will hear a relay click everytime you depress the pedal. if you hear nothing then it's faulty.

and to clarify, you said you had the appropriate voltages everywhere, so you did have +12v at the trigger wire or no? if not, test that wire and see if you get voltage when the ign is in the start position. if you get power to the wire, then the solenoid is toast, replace starter. if no power, then it's either the safety switch or the ignition switch.

thanx for the help guys.. im gonna try gettin it done soon.. between work n school i have no time

but ya i bypassed the clutch switch n that didnt work.. i havent yet checked to see if im gettin power into the signal wire.. do to no time.. but im gonna just run a jumper wire from battery to signal on start n see if it starts from there.. if it does then my ign wire goin to the starter is bad.. if not then its deff the starter..

everytime i click the key to start it i hear a click.. so i kno for sure the ign is gettin power..
