Default Anyone install a radio on a 2010 Civic w/factory amp?

I need to install a nav on a 2010 Civic EX w/factory amp and I need to retain his factory subwoofer. I have the sub wire colors and amp turn on color but don't have info on the input wires that I can try to rig a set of RCA's to and use the low level output from the nav's subout. TIA.

I've added a set of RCA's to a standard Metra 70-1722 harness. I'm going to go low level out only and turn the amp on and see what happens. Wish me luck!
