Does anyone make -10an fittings for the bosch 044 fuel pumps???

 

Yes. Just got mine from summit. I had to call them and have them give me the part number though. just tell them you need a 12x1.5 to -10. Thats for the outlet. I cant remember the thread pitch of the inlet.

Why not just run the right size line? -10 is huge for a pump that small.

 

Well just really looking for it on the outlet side of it when it goes to one like I didnt really want to come out with a -8 line out of them.

I'm not trying to speak for Tony but in looking at his setup I believe he is running -6 lines.

 

Good question im in the same boat as you....I have a fuel cell with 2 -8 feed bungs....should I run 2 -8 lines into two seperate 100 micron filters then to the pumps and than a Y to a single -10 line?

 

18mm to -10 inlet. 12mm to -8 outlet. we stock them.

 

I use -8 inlets and -6 outlets.

 

-8 feed and -8 outlet is all I use and thats what I use on my car. -10 is overkill.

 

Will -8 after the 2 pumps Y be enough for 800+ on E85 as well?

 

So Tony and Miller you guys are saying to use -8 or -6 AN fitting on the pump inlet and outlet with say -8 and -10 line? Or are you saying to use -8 or -6 AN fittings with the corrsponding line size? For say 800+ hp on dual Bosch set-up

 

Well does anyone make a 8an to 10an y. To run the two pumps together.

 

Yes we carry those. It has two -8's and one -10. We also have them in all -8.

-8 is more then enough for any fuel setup for our hondas.

 

This is how I see it, -8 is 1mm bigger than the M18 inlet and -6 is 2mm bigger than the M12 outlet.
imo it'd just be a waste of money to go bigger than -8 in and -6 out on the 044.

 

-10AN lines is like a built-in surge tank. Heh...
