how do you splice and solder wiring harnesses?

Default how do you splice and solder wiring harnesses?

Is there some kind of connectors you can buy or are you guys braiding the the wire before soldering and heat shrink? I cant find any type of solder connector? can you post something that you use? thanks

I take the two wires and stick the strands of one wire into the other one. Then I solder them togheter and then heat shrink them.

when you solder, you just solder the wires together without any connectors. be sure to slide the heatshrink over one of the wires before soldering so you can put heatshrink over the solder afterwards.
