Jump the fan switch on the thermostat housing. If the fan now works, bleed the cooling system and then replace the switch. If none of this works, test the fan relay.

Unplug the 2P connector and short the two terminals of the wire harness connector with a short piece of wire (jumper wire).

if you jump the clip itself (engine harness) and the fan kicks in, then you need to just replace the coolant fan switch itself.

unplug the fan, get a voltmeter and make sure it is getting power. The easiest way is to turn on the AC and see if the plug gets 12v. If not you may have a bad relay. If you do get 12v as both the fans cycle on and off you may want to look at testing the fan switch.

temporary (cheap) fix- run a switch for it, turn it on yourself. my $300 accord works like that

/\ that idea sucks. why would you want your car overcooled? Unplug your fan, either splice the 2 wires or cut the end off, and strip the insulation back. run power from your battery directly, or something that is 12v. if you run straight to your battery, a fuse is a good idea. google how to wire a switch
