hi guys
i dont know there to put this, im a mercedes noob,
so...
im installing a turbo on a costumers car,
on the manu:
building a turbo manifold +turbo installation
converting from mechanical injection to a haltech engine managment system

yup, it has a internal 4 wire iacv that can be controled by the haltech ecu, it will save time fitting a external iacv, plus. the old throttle didnt had tps.

looking good. any pics of the turbo mani finished before u fitted the turbo on it? and are you really going to use that baby intercooler? how much hp were you planning on making with this setup? everything's lookin awesome so far. diggin the custom fuel rail ur making.
the engine is around 180hp when NA,
i belive it will make about 250+ now,
last things i need to do:
fit mufflers
close the harness
and tune it
here are some updates from today:
here is the old fuel pump/filter/regulator?? assambly that was removed.... and was replaced with a inline walbro 255lph. (dont have pics of the new one installed)

i belive it will make about 250+ now,
last things i need to do:
