Default very bouncy setup...help

so the shell i am currently running, i picked up in trade, and it came with skunk2 sleeve type coilovers, with kyb agx in the front and STOCK shocks in the rear.

the po was drag racing a 600hp motor with stock shocks in the rear

this setup is the bounciest car ive ever driven. my question is, are things being exaggerated by hard shocks in the front and so soft in the rear and im really just feeling rear bounce?

is the bounce a result of the crappy coilovers?

is it worth putting matching agx's in the rear?

i typically run high end 1 piece coilovers on my cars, but i cant afford a set right now.

the primary use oft he car is some street driving and drag racing.

thanks!

shocks are probably trashed. look into something like Koni yellows, Bilstein HD, etc. That can handle moderate rates and lower heights. AGX arent great with lowering, in my experience.

wtf you mean AGXs aren't great for lowering? GR-2's are not but AGX's work great

I had a set and they blew in about a year. Maybe it was just the ones I had.

AGX's are great unless your slammed, you really dont like that, however 1.5-2in they do great.
Skunk2 coilovers arent crappy, they just dont ride the best. What are the spring rates?

Persoanly id look into something like a koni, but you may need to have them revalved.
Skunk2 offers a drag launch kit with like 18kF and 20kR, if you have these, you will trash a koni
