hey i just got an eg and it doesnt have a tach. the previous owner said the vtec contoller he gave me had an RPM read out. i kno the controller hooks up to the ecu however i dont kno where i see no loose wires or clips for it any help would be great...by the way it is an Apexi V-AFC.

 

v-tec controllers are worthless unless u got like 10k in your engine and need to adjust your power band otherwise you are just going to loose torque or horsepower which you don't got anyhow just buy a ex/si cluster and call it a day. and you have to splice your ecu all to hell for that piggy back pos to work

 

if it doesnt have a tach in it then what motor is in it? just get a ex/si cluster. function>fashion
