Have a 94 accord EX 5 speed guy I boght it from sent a rod through the side of the block, I purchased a f22b2 block and a VTEC head new timing belt CB belt H2O pump plugs wires rotor cap cleaned the EGR ports new seals on injectors and installed a muffler since this picture.
Engine warms fine once warm stalls right out. there are no codes shown this is a OBD1 I have installed new intake gasket last week end because I though maybe a vacuum leak but I know that is sealed fine. If I leave vacuum lines off of the intake I get a check engine therefore I do not think it is a vacuum leak.
It runs great above 1k rpm and on cold starts will stay running until you gas it once you do that you have to keep foot on pedel to keep it running. It can not be adjusted out by the idle adjust on the throttle body. Doesn't surge at cold start just dies after it is warm.

Please send any ideas I am out of them.

EGR valve sticking open at idle do not know why vacuum is present at idle but it is will need to check out upstream components to determine why.

I hope this helps anyone I had done all the cleaning and adjusting of the TB thermal and iac valves replaced intake gasket man this think kicked my but and something as simple as disconnecting the vacuum line to the EGR fixed it...

I had this exact same problem a few weeks back. Just pour a bottle of drano down the gas tank before your next fill up. It works!
