Default coilovers

i been reading and reading and still cant decide on coilovers..
i heard about koni/gc with the top hats..i been thinking about it..i want that set up but i know there is something better out there..

what some good coilovers over the koni/gc ?

if i go koni and ground control whats a good spring rate for dd and a little autox everynow and then..

Maybe look at AMR coilovers? I have heard wonderfull things, as well as spoken with Andy, I am currently torn between AMR and Koni/GC

For spring rates, i was looking at, 450f-400R 400f and 350 and 500F and 450R.
Is comfort a must? or can you deal with a stiff dd?

no comfort is not a must but would be nice..i like it stiff but not bouncy
