Default ITS HOT!! HELP!! 2000 Civic Ex AC problem

Apparently, I am missing something. The AC system on my brothers 2000 Civic Ex has stopped working. There was nothing done to the car to make it stop (i.e. no shop work, radio stuffs, etc).

The AC was working fine and stopped randomly.
The under-dash fuse (#17) is not blown.
The under-hood relay for the AC has no activity. I switched it with a working one (actually the Condensor Fan relay) and had no effect. I could not hear the relay switching.
The under-hood fuse (#56) is not blown.
The refrigerant is not low or empty. It is was, the AC clutch would switch on and off.
The AC clutch has no activity.
The AC switch turns on (the light anyway). All other buttons work properly, the rear defrost, and recirculation.
The heater works as it should (it shares some fuses and relays). The fan contol switch works as well, as does the temp. setting.

I used fuse/relay diagrams here: https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-civic-del-sol-1992-2000-1/civic-del-sol-fuse-panel-printable-copies-fuse-diagrams-here-1966666/

Please help me HT!

Did you check Fuse 56 (should be 20A fuse) in the underhood fusebox?

Jump the AC pressure switch connector. If the compressor clutch engages you either have a low charge or a bad pressure switch. That is where I would start.

Yes I did. I forgot to add it to the list.

Where is the pressure switch? I actually forgot about it. It would cut on then almost immediately off if there is no refrig. But I can check it. Where is it located?

If charge was low the clutch would never come on at all. I work on so many Hondas I can't recall off the top of my head on your car. Look on the A/C hard lines for a two wire connector. The switch screws directly into an A/C line on the high side ( small diameter line ).
