I just bought this 03’ Civic about 3 weeks ago. When the vehicle is shut off hot (in the sun) and is started an hour or even a day later it seems to run really rough for about 10 seconds after the car is started. It doesn't happen immediately, but about 30 seconds after the car has been started. If I let the vehicle idle for a minute before taking off it seems to run fine, but if I start it up and take off it runs so rough it almost stalls out. It seems to be a vapor lock issue in the fuel rail, but I’m not seeing other concerns like this or any fixes for this problem. I ran all the old fuel out of it and this is my third tank of fresh fuel and it's still happening. It does have a p0146 code, but I wouldn’t think that code would cause something like this only when it sits in the sun after a hot soak… Looking for some direction, because the car has been running great otherwise… thanks
