With Kenjis ECU....
whoever has this on their car, what redline did you ask him to make? He told me the standard ones have a 9100 redline. I have stock cams and I am wondering if they are gonna make any power after 8500 rpms? Also, do you need a FPR to make the ECU work better? Can I ask him to set the Vtec cross over point lower around 5000 rpm or is that not a good idea? Thanks!
well stock cams wont make power that high, in fact very few cams will! you dont need a fpr, though i would recomend one if you plan on dyno tuning! he can set differnt vtec, though i would use wahts proven, messing with vtec, can also alter your power placement! good luck, eric

Some people have actually lowered their vtec (I believe Mike K did, I'm not sure) with stock cams and it helped smooth their plot out. You need to tune the fuel for what ever changes you make.
Lowering the VTEC point smoothed out the curve for me. See my dyno post of my 01 ITR motor...
