Default spun cam journals

I have removed an engine from a junked out accord for my planned F22 build. f22a6.
I have been tearing out the valvetrain this afternoon and discovered that it has three spun cam journals and the camshaft bearing surfaces are ruined.

I would like to know, is it possible to line-bore the cam journals like they do with crankshaft mains? Or should I just write off the heads and grab some different ones.

I'm going to assume here that the cam is a total write off.

agreed. i've also found that a "rebuilt" F22A head is can be had for less money than a set of OE replacement valves, valve seals and paying a machine shop to resurface.

Thats kinda what I thought. Guess I'll strip the rockers and use it as a core.

Interesting tip on the rebuilt head.
