Hi HT members i just bought my complete swap for my 92 eg si hatch. this is what i am planning to do and just would like some insight on what i might can do or change to run a reliable semi build street setup.

96 jdm gsr b18c (hmotors)
98 civic type r tranny
p28

now i wanna put on it....
pr3 pistons which i have
upgrade fuel injectors ????
upgrade fuel pump???
portflow(cheaper)dual valve springs with there 3 angle valve job?? or toda??
thinking about keeping stock retainers for durability good idea???
thinkin about leaving stock valves???
skunk2 stage 2 tuner cams with cam gears for sure
hondata s300 for sure
wil be tuning it as well.
also i will be adding all the bolt ons like IM TB Headers exhaust.

please give me your 2 cents on how this engine might hold up not gonna be reviin it up pass 8500 rpm. THANKS!~

idk why he is. i put them in my gsr because RS machines vendor race axis site was down when it came time to ordering. and pr3 pistons will bring ur compression to around 10.6-10.9:1 there very similar to the ITR i do believe. idk i have them and i like em alot.

But if your going to go thru all the work of putting pistons in it then why put stock pr3s in it?? At least get some ctr pistons or go big and get some forged high comp aftermarket ones, golden eagle makes some mean hi comp pistons, aires too
