We are building another Nissan Silvia S15 chassis car for a customer located overseas. For those that are not familiar with us, we currently have a Nissan S15 3/4 chassis car we built and campaign now. We have ran a best of 7.37@184 in it. This time around instead of trying to finding a complete car, then build a chassis from there, we opted to order all OEM Nissan body panels and build it from scratch. We will try and update this post all the time and progressing of the chassis. Onto some starting pictures.

I'm watching this!!! For those guys that need mid plates or any machining things made Mazworks kicks ***. They do the midplate for our Race Car.

A few more things we've done in the last few days. Its been soo much more easier working with brand new panels.

Rear quarters, bumper and roof set into place







More tubing laid cut/notched and laid into place.

 

the car looks so funny with just the back half panels on.

 

Nice!!! Its much Easyer to build it this way Vs. the 3/4 chassis way. What Power plant/driveline is the customer planing on running???
