Default Spoon Sports

I can't seem to find the Spoon Sports front strut bar for the Honda Prelude BB6 model. The rear one wasn't that hard. I called my friend in Hong Kong since his friend own a performance shop there, he said that Spoon Sports discontinue their production of the front strut bar for Honda Prelude BB6, they only make the rear now but some places here said that Spoon Sports still making the front and rear strut bar, it's just that right now they have none in stock. I e-mailed Spoon Sports of Japan and they never response to my e-mail. Anyone here knows anything about that? Thanks.

I did e-mailed them and they said that I have to wait 3 months for the Spoon Sports frond and rear strut bars but others said that Spoon Sports stop making them now.

The Spoon Sports front and rear bars for the Prelude were disconcontinued earlier this year according to Spoon. David at R&D Motorsports bought the last remaining stock of about 17 sets of bars last May. (I ordered one of those sets - which I am still waiting for ).

He also got Spoon to agree that they would do another production run if he had an order of 50 peices or more. Last I heard, he had about 25 names for his order list, so if you want a set, contact R&D and get on their list.

Any other Spoon bars you find is just old stock that a vendor happened to have laying around.

I'm in the same boat as you. I emailed them a few weeks back and they told me that my order was still in production and will be on the 2nd wave shipped. First they said they'll be there beginning of july, then they said there were shipping delays, now they tell me my order hasn't even been made yet. What next? The pope needed them for his popemobile? enough with the BS.

Seems like the Spoon Sports strut bars are EXTREMELY hard to find. Do you guys think it's really worth it? Is it really that great? The reason why I was looking for that because well, Spoon Sports always have a great reputation with tuning a Honda and the price is not that expensive, cheaper than DC Sports but I never thought it would be this hard to find though.

demand for those bars is ridiculous.

i bought one earlier this year used for $100, turned arround and sold it the next day for $250. and the dude that bought it from me turned arround and sold it for like $285 after he decided he didnt want it!
