Heya I have my motor out of my car and I am cleaning the engine bay for painting. I want to do a wire tuck but I'm kinda sketchy on spending 30 hours just to make things look a little nicer. I've been reading wire tuck guides and I might go for it.

I'm wondering what I can get rid of... the charcoal canister for example.

Do I need a charcoal canister, and if not, how do i remove it? Do I just jump some vacuum lines around to bypass it or is it more complicated?

I live in hawaii, we don't have smog/emissions testing here. I'm trying to keep things as simple as possible and get rid of whatever it is that I don't need.

i dont have a del sol , but im running with out canister on ma hatch , so its not a problem no cel or nothing wrong

 

IMO tucking is just a pain, if something electrical messes up have fun fixing it. And for the canister.
