i have a ported ITR head and a ported b16a head, has upgraded valvesprings and Titanium retainers in both.
ITR head with ITR manifold, ITR ported throttle body 70mm, Toda valvesprings and Omni Ti retainers = $1100
B16a ported head = $800 with new valveseals.
