i was curious as to how fast a CRX can be with the ITR swap. basically with some bolt ons like the usual Intake header and exhaust, with slicks or whithout. some people have told me high 12s. i was thinking about building an all motor CRX with the ITR engine/trans and just wanted an idea as to where it sits 1/4 mi wise.(all stock ITR internals) Thanks to all that respond.

 

i'd imagine mid-low 13s.

 

buy one and go do it.

 

depends on tranny to, us a 90-93 ls w/o lsd and watch that one tire bake like chicken. also on driver and tires, if u got some slicks a y1 with lsd, stiff *** rear struts and a mullet (this is key)i wouldnt be surprised by high 12s that is if u know how to drive, trust me the 1/4 is alot different than a street.

 

yeah....low 13's or high 12's. Thats at sea level.
