from you post no offense it sceems like you dont know what your talking about.. imma try to help

to tune the car your gonna need the jumper harness and odb1 ecu and how big do you plan on going with cams because if you dont got the right combo it would be almost worthless to do cams, what is wrong with your gsr head now that your wanna replace it ? as for intake mani the only i would recomend is performer x, skunk2 and aebs.as for injectors depens on what your shooting for power wise if your gonna keep it simple your stock injectors are fine or maybe a set of 310,dsm 440.. depends on how much fuel your car requires

sorry my post seemed like that i am kinda new to b series but i was rlly tired when i typed that ik i need the jumper harness and a obd1 ecu i was thinking crome for tuning im not sure what i want to run for cams yet i was looking for opinion as for the head my head is fine but it would save alot of down time on the car (as it is my dd) to get another head and get it built but was wondering if i should use another gsr head or a b16 head i was thinking of doing full itr valvetrain with itr cams but i wanna get the most outta this motor that i can but i want it to still be reliable im shooting for 190whp idk if thats possible on stock itr pistons but any suggestions on the build would help

you're gonna need to get a new exhaust system if you want to get close to 190whp. theres nothing wrong with the gsr head. getting another head is not a bad idea if you are concerned about down time. ITR cams will not get you 190 whp. some blox b's would be better. my best advice to you would be to check out the all-motor dyno thread and see what the folks on there are making with their setups. that should give you some idea to what will need to be done in order to reach your goal
