Default Cant find a solution.... Help

I have a Honda Accord 02 LX ULEV/Vtech F23A4 manual with 180k I use mobile 1 Full Synthetic 10w30 oil on it. The past couple of months it has been killing me since it keeps either leaking (but I cant seem to find nothing) or burning oil. I changed the wires and sparks plugs, I haven't done the tranny though and I need the honda world input.

Check your coolant for oil. It might have a cracked head if you cant find visible signs of a leak.

And at last check the PCV valve. Pretty sure the new ones still have that.
