Car was on the dyno today...not happy with the results...
Post your graph. What were the cam gears set to? How does your brothers car compare in the midrange? Is his setup.EXACTLY the same or just real similar?
all cars are different so you cant be a numbers chaser. still decent power..hope you find your prolem. i had a lsvtec setup last year that made 420hp on 20psi and 110oct. turned out to be a bad head gasket and the last setup made 525 on 21 psi and e85..

Seems to be good power like said you can't really expect the same exact #s was it the same weather and time of the year air can play some differences
I would be hard pressed to believe your brother's numbers and I am completely not surprised that the .63 housing died off at 8600rpm. It is what it is. Race your brother and see what happens.
Sorry, but 405 at 15psi on pump gas on a GT30 with a 'small' turbine housing is good power. I'm not going to waste time comparing minute differences with 2 different cars on 2 different days.
I did a car a few weeks ago that had Pro 1 cams and a GT30 and I got 430whp out of it, but that doesn't mean the cams were right for the setup. Too big a cam with too much backpressure is a really bad thing.

That power's not too bad. I made 440whp at 19psi on an 83mm 9.4:1 with a 3076r (20 degrees of timing). This was with stock GSR cams. As Tony said, those cams are too big for a 30r. Ive done a good amount of research on what cams to go with and Ive found those are simply too big. Get a different cam or different turbo, then up the boost for more power. If you want more power why did you stop at 15psi? I ran 19psi on 91 octane
