Just got out of my car and tried closing the door and it just bounced back at me. I checked the driver side locking clip on the side of the door and it was turned down in the "lock" position. I taped the whole door up for now but its not closing at all. Please help..I dont want any body to steal my car. How do I get the clip back in the unlock position???...Ive been having locking and unlocking problems with this thing for about 3 weeks now..only on the driver side.

if you mean the child safety lock, that should only be on the back door :S

if you're referring to the clasp on the door latch that hooks when you close, spray it with cleaner and lube it, see if the door latch itself is sticking.
