Hi, I road race my 97 del sol 12 to 15 times per year. I am now in a mild class. I'm moving up. I want to stiffen the suspention to reduce body roll. I've look but only see references to brand name items mostly aimed at street.

If I can ask those that race also where to start with springs, shocks and roll bars I would really appreciate the advice.

 

I installed AMR 8k front and 6k rear on my Del Sol and are hands down the best suspension I have owned for the price. These rates are a little soft for auto-x so for that I have 10k front and 8k rear on my civic and I have come to realize that those rates are a little soft for what I need, but since I also use that car on the street I have to live with it or change out my springs every other weekend.
