Default JDM B16A - Replace the crank?

Can a machine shop fix this crank or should I just get a b16a2 crank? Im going to build this motor, but it has this crank damage. The previous owner boosdted it. The black par should be shiny polished.

I would ditch it, those grooves look too deep and won't be polished out. It would be more cost effective to replace it rather than grind it because you will eat through the factory nitriding.

lol yea it sure did. Strange how only #1 and #2 are bad. Oh well. Better off getting a new kit. Im pretty sure a 99 Civic SI b16a2 new crank kit will do the job. Thanks guys.
