I bought the CRV for the wife 2 year ago at 72,000 miles. The exterior has some rock chips but that's about it. All orginal honda glass, no chips on windshield or headlights. The interior is leather with dimples and very sporty & breaths well. Carpet is mint & no tears on seat. Engine bay is clean & not a spec of oil leakage. The wife daily drives it to work, drop off kids ect. We've taken it up to ND once, Duluth twice & WI a couple of times with no issues at all.
I have 6 cars (4 for me & 2 for the wife)... way too man. The only reason for selling it is because we needed a bigger car. We just had newborn and with the car seat plus 10 & 8 year old boys, they don't have much room to sit. Last week I bought my wife a 2007 Odyessy.

* 6-2010 oil (I change it every 5k) and fresh rear differentail gear oil
* Un-opened NAPA timing belt & waterpump, tensioner kit (lifetime warrantee) buy for $100 or I can install for $250.
Cons:
* Dent on rear passenger side pannel
* 98-01 CRV only came with 4 speed auto .... 22 city & 26 hwy

I'm asking $5,900 OBO price is fair concideirng it only has 89,500 miles for a 10yr old car. I see some stock EM1/DC with higher mileage going for the same price. The car is not as sporty but minter than most 10 year old cars on the market.
