im currently getting a bottom end rebuild and wondering what gains i will get from my standard items
current spec
head
toda spec B in & ex cams
toda cam pulleys
toda valve springs
spoon sports rocker arms
full rebuild with all new seals and gaskets
bottom end
stock b18c JDM
buddyclub .4mm headgasket
im not sure what compression the wiseco's are but there going to work out around 500 more which will include a new re-honing of the cylindar
i was told i'd see very healthy mid gains
and would i need rods as well?

Just throwing a list of parts together without first having a goal tells me that your not really sure what you want. What are your goals?
You have is a set of cams and your looking at a set of pistons. Honestly without knowing what your compression ratio and fuel system is. It's hard to tell what you will gain. To see any real gains you are also going to have to get the car tuned.
Wiseco has pistons with different compression heights and dome volumes that will change the final compression ratio. What is the part number for the pistons you are looking at? As for rods, I don't know what your goals are so it's hard to say if you will need new rods or not. However, if you are looking to rev past the red line of your stock engine. It would be advisable to get stronger rob bolts at least.

well its running standard 95 octane here in ireland
the bottom end is currently being rebuilt by a local tuning company and they offered me high compression pistons if i wanted
they said i should see good mid gains over the stock piston
the engine will then be tuned on their dyno using an apexi power FC

In general yes, a higher compression will show gains through your mid and highs over a stock piston. If you can find out what compression they are. You would be able to get a better idea of what your gains will be.
