HELP! Cruise control and cig lighter both died, no power

I have a 91 Civic LX 5spd, mint, everything worked fine, and then this week I noticed that cruise control no longer worked. The light would not come on, even on the dash "button". Then, I noticed the cigarette lighter no longer worked, as my radar detector will not turn on.

Does anybody have any ideas? I've tried searching with horrible results.
