Here for sale is a do it yourself upholstery and foam repair kit. This is for the 1988-1991 Crx Si and are exact replacements for the OEM seats covers. This kit will include the all new material seat covers and a specially designed seat foam repair sleeves. Follow the step by step picture instructions on "How to repair the seat foam" using the repair sleeves. These sleeves help mold the fill in foam and return the crisp lines of the outer bolster. This is a complete kit to reupholster and repair both right and left seats. Bump for Jose. He is an incredible seller and I certainly can endorse this product. I received my kit about a month ago, and finally got around to installing the kit about 2 weeks ago. I recorded much of the process, and have told him that I will be compiling a DIY video to post here for others reference and recourse. For now: (1) Jose's kit ROCKS and can't be beat for the price and quality, period; and (2) he disappeared for a while for good reason, but is now back, and was extremely professional, efficient, honest, and easy to deal with. If your on the fense or tentative to move forward with a purchase, don't be. This thread and it's seller are certainly legit in my book!

Just want to bump this up, I spoke with dank714 (Rolando) yesterday, had a great conversation and he was very helpful. I've got a set of front seat covers on order for my EF hatch, and I'll post pics once they arrive and have been installed.

Ronaldo did a set of CRX 2nd gen seats for me within the last two years. I could not be more pleased with them. My apologies to him for not posting up sooner. I have sent a text message to the number i have for him, and will post that up if he replies and is still doing this type of work.

 

For a while, he was answering his phone and emails. I sent him money for a set of covers back in February and still haven't received anything.

He has given me about 6-8 excuses, most that were out right lies and now, he won't answer my calls or reply at all.
It is a shame that someone who has done great work in the past is now nothing more than a thief.

 

Rolando is a thief and liar, I recently paid him and gave him my door panels to be reupholstered, all I heard was lies and excuses how they were almost done and now he won't answer his phone or emails. Beware of this guy . Now I'm out my door panels and money, in the process of small claims court!

 

Anybody ever hear from this guy anymore? There's no one else that does this quality work for old CRX seats.

 

I've heard nothing but bad news. People who paid but didn't get anything. I keeping hoping he'll turn back up. But, I'm not holding my breath.
