vapor lock
I think you're thinking of hydro lock, not vapor lock.
If it's not cranking over, the most likely cause is going to be a dead battery, or a loose connection at the starter motor. Check those.
If they all seem in check, try turning the engine over by hand if you're worried that it has seized, which is unlikely (you'd have known if it had seized).

If you're getting fuel at the rail/squirts, it's not vapor lock...

Actually, I don't think it's possible to vapor lock a fuel injected vehicle...
If it wouldn't crank how do you know you have spark?

pull your plugs check to see if your cylinders are filled with fuel, if so get a hose and a wet-dry vac and suck out the fuel
wipe down spark plugs take lighter to sparkplugs lightly burn off and fuel
put everything back together
then recheck all of your grounds
report back
