Default TORQUE SPECS PLEASE!

Need the torque specs from catalyitic converter to headers and from cat convert to rear exhaust.

I am talking about the 2 bolts with a spring on them and the three lock nuts on the back of the cat convert

i have looked everywhere and cannot find them....everyone says if you overtighten them you'll never get them off and I will eventually need to get them off!

there are not really any torque specs for those bolts you just tighten them till they stop cause the spring bolts will bottom out on them selves just put anti seize on the bolts so they don't get stuck on from the heat
