That's a lot more than cams.. At this point I think its going to depend on your tune.. Obviously being turbo the tune will play a part in whether or not the car will pas..

that's pretty much it. No one component will determine pass or fail like that on a turbo application

All you can do is try. There is no definate method for doing this except going back to stock injectors, disconnect intercooler pipe and stock ECU.

Your car will fail as soon as the OBD2 scanner is plugged in (won't detect ECU; monitors status, readiness status, etc).
