vtec bog

i have a b20 vtec with spec3 cams vtec engages but bogs alot does it matter if i have a stock exhaust with a test pipe should it be doing that. what else could be the problem or is the injectors are to small its stock.

I'm guessing that it has something to do with the tune, or lack there of.
