distributor leaking oil is it just a o ring or what
so theres oil leaking i think it is a o ring but when i took the cap off theres oil inside. just on the bottom part. is it just seeping through the crack. what you guys think . any imput would help thanks...

If it's inside under the cap it's most likely the shaft seal. I had this problem about a year ago. I replaced the o ring first since it's cheap but still had oil in the housing. I found the shaft seal online for about 9 bones. No oil since.
